We’ve all been there–we get to the check-out, only to realize that our eyes were bigger than our wallets! These volunteers will help remove shoppers’ unwanted items from behind the bagging area and get merchandise back out on the sales floor. They will relieve baggers if needed for small breaks, assist customers as needed to quicken the bagging process, and, when out on the floor, help tidy and straighten merchandise and assist the Restockers/Sales Floor volunteers as needed.
All volunteers will receive a free t-shirt and 10-day pass to the YWCA. To sweeten the deal even further, sign up for any two or more shifts and receive a $80 voucher to use for merchandise. Volunteers must sign up by November 6th to receive their requested t-shirt size; after that date, some t-shirts sizes will be limited and distributed on a first -come first served basis. *Vouchers must be validated by staff at the time of use.*
All registered volunteers will need to attend a 30 min Zoom orientation session PRIOR TO ARRIVING FOR THEIR SHIFT. Please register for the orientation here.
