Help make shopping a pleasure! These volunteers will be covering the sales floor, providing a welcoming environment to shoppers, answering their questions, locating price sheets, helping to restock merchandise, and cleaning up aisles as needed. Must be customer-focused, able to move quickly and be on their feet for up to two hours, and comfortable folding, stacking, and moving stacks of clothing. Must also be able to lift and move potentially heavy boxes and use a box-cutter to break them down.
All volunteers will receive a free t-shirt and 10-day pass to the YWCA. To sweeten the deal even further, sign up for any two or more shifts and receive a $80 voucher to use for merchandise. Volunteers must sign up by November 6th to receive their requested t-shirt size; after that date, some t-shirts sizes will be limited and distributed on a first -come first served basis. *Vouchers must be validated by staff at the time of use.*
All registered volunteers will need to attend a 30 min Zoom orientation session PRIOR TO ARRIVING FOR THEIR SHIFT. Please register for the orientation here.
