Our chapter’s signature fundraising event in the Triad, the Kentucky Derby Classic traditionally brings together over 400 guests from across Greensboro and surrounding communities to celebrate the Power of a Wish®.
A memorable and inspiring afternoon, the event encompasses all things Kentucky Derby, complete with live and silent auctions, “betting” at the Sportsbook, delicious tasting stations and a bourbon bar featuring classic mint juleps by GIA: Drink. Eat. Listen., a riveting hat contest, live stream of the Run for the Roses, and unique wish surprises!
