We are excited to invite you to volunteer at our upcoming outreach event, where we will serve the low-income community in the MLK and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and help provide essential clothing and resources to those in need.
Event Details: During this event, we will be distributing clothes generously donated by the community, setting up health resources, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone. We are looking for friendly, outgoing volunteers who enjoy meeting new people and are ready to make a difference.
Volunteer Roles: Each volunteer will assist with various tasks to ensure the event runs smoothly, including:
Preparing clothes for display on tables
Setting up tables and tents
Ensuring social distancing measures are followed
Distributing bags for attendees to carry their items
Managing the Check-In table
Monitoring the line and assisting with crowd management
Tear down and clean up after the event
