Did you know that BASE is able to help you find volunteer opportunities that FIT you?!
One way you can best utilize BASE, is by making sure the CAUSES you're passionate about and your SKILLS & INTERESTS are up to date. When you first created your profile, you were able to choose these, but you can update them at any time by following the steps below.
FROM DESKTOP:
1. Login to your existing profile.
If you haven't created a profile, click SIGN UP and you will be prompted as part of the process to choose your passions, skills and interests.
2. Click Your Initials or Picture in the Top Right Corner to see a dropdown menu, choose "View Profile"
3. Click "Manage Passions and Causes"
4. Choose the Passions and Causes that best align with what you're passionate about
Those outlined in green with the heart in the top left corner are the ones you've chosen, click any cause a second time to remove the choice.
Once all your choices have been made click the "Update Passions and Causes" button
5. Click "Manage Skills and Interests"
6. Choose the Skills and Interests that best align with the ways you like to serve

Once all your choices have been made click the "Update Skills and Interests" button
7. "FAN" any agencies that you already are connected with or interested in receiving updates from.
By updating these settings, your Dashboard (the page you see upon logging in) and Weekly Digest emails received on Mondays will be curated to your choices and be more aligned with organizations that may be a good fit for you. If you have any questions please reach out to your Site Administrator.
FROM MOBILE DEVICE OR TABLET:
1. Log in to your existing profile.

3. Choose "View Profile"
4. Click "Manage Passions and Causes"
5. Choose the Passions and Causes that best align with what you're passionate about
