Triad Restorative Justice

Triad Restorative Justice's mission is to empower people through restorative practices, advocacy and community-building to address conflict, minimize further harm, and honor dignity and belonging. 

Our vision is a community transformed by empathy, collaboration, and restorative practices where:

• Conflicts are approached with openness and support
• Relationships are nurtured through understanding and acceptance, and
• Justice and accountability are pursued through repair and healing

We encourage a more peaceful world through stronger relationships using the circle discussion model. We facilitate group discussions and address conflict using restorative processes, and we train community members to facilitate these restorative circles as well. We provide trainings & consulting for those interested in using restorative approaches, including K-12 educators, places of worship, organizations & businesses. We also provide training and development for youth in after-school programs and for youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
