Triad Restorative Justice

Triad Restorative Justice's mission is to advance peace, equity and trust within our community by responding to conflict, crime and injustice with effective restorative justice practices, education and community building. We are a nonprofit organization and a network of community members who are actively encouraging others to see and respond to conflict differently, focusing on the relationships involved and addressing accountability by repairing the harm that has been caused.

We encourage a more peaceful world through stronger relationships using the circle discussion model. We facilitate group discussions and address conflict using restorative processes, and we train community members to facilitate these restorative circles as well. We provide trainings & consulting for those interested in using restorative approaches, including K-12 educators, places of worship, organizations & businesses. We also provide training and development for youth in after-school programs and for youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
