For the past thirteen years, local churches, businesses and members of the arts community have come together to throw a free citywide Christmas party that features live music and arts performances, original work by local artists, a make-your-own toy workshop, and Santa Claus. In previous years, 1,200+ volunteers welcomed over 10,000 guests for an evening of celebration and community.
To keep this event fun and safe for all, we are following the recommendations of infection prevention specialists:
- FOR VOLUNTEERS: We are requiring volunteers to show proof of vaccination or negative COVID test within 72 hours of volunteering (testing available on site as needed).
- FOR VOLUNTEERS and ATTENDEES: While in the building, we will be requiring the use of a well fitted face mask regardless of vaccination status.
