A Night for Community Care

This is the Community Care Clinic's Annual Fundraising Dinner. It is a chance to come together with other CCC supporters and celebrate what we have accomplished over the past year and look forward to how the Clinic is continuing to serve our neighbors. Enjoy an evening of dinner, drinks, dancing and a silent auction and help us celebrate a healthier community for all.
