Well-Spring Solutions offers adult day services and group respite to adults 60 and older with a diagnosis of dementia. Within nurturing and safe settings, members enjoy cutting edge programming designed to promote memory fitness and provide socialization and stimulation.
The Memory Care Center follows current best practices for assisting adults with memory care needs and programming created around today's best evidenced- based research, The Memory Care Center offers a full slate of activities designed to enhance memory fitness and stimulate cognition. Members are provided with a nutritious breakfast, lunch and snack. The Memory Care Center 2701 Henry Street, Greensboro 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Connections - A Memory Club offers adults in earlier stages of dementia time with peers, enjoying activities, exercise, music, lunch and other stimulating activities all designed to boost memory fitness. Connections Greensboro locations: First Baptist Church, Muir's Chapel United Methodist Church, Temple Emanuel. Connections High Point location: St. Mary's Episcopal Church
