Step 1: Fill out the Volunteer Registration Form.
Step 2: Sign up for a New Volunteer Orientation—held twice a month for adults.

Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the key details and links.

For Youth Volunteers:
Youth should also complete the registration form, then sign up for a Youth Workday, held on the second Saturday of each month.

A Few Quick Notes:

Your information is never shared—demographic details are optional and used only for grant reporting.

Please wear closed-toed shoes when volunteering for safety.

Put Your Passion to Work—Volunteer with greeNest!
Whether you have a few hours now and then or want to volunteer regularly, we always need helping hands to support our neighbors transitioning into stable housing. greeNest runs entirely on volunteer power—and there’s a place for everyone!

Please attend one of our New Volunteer Orientations.

We're open Tuesday–Friday (10AM–4PM) and Saturday (9AM–Noon).

Volunteer tasks may include:

Assembling starter packs (kitchen, bath, bed, dining)

Styling and tidying the showroom spaces

Guiding families through their shopping experience (with training) 

Moving and unloading donated furniture

Cleaning and preparing household items
